Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning items must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order. 

Returns are at your own cost, we suggest you use a tracked service. 

We kindly ask that you inform us within 48 hours of receiving your jeans if you need to return them for any reason.

We want to ensure you find the best fit, so for jeans or product purchases from our online store, you may return your item for store credit or an exchange for an alternative pair. Store credit can be used online or at our London Studio.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at hello@pindenim.uk and we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Postage of returns are at your own cost this is for UK & International orders, we suggest using a tracked service for peace of mind. 


Damages & Issues

Vintage denim is imperfectly perfect — natural imperfections and signs of wear are to be expected. We do our utmost to highlight this through our imagery and product descriptions.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you believe there is an issue.


Bespoke / Sourcing Services

If you choose to pause or stop a sourcing service:

  • The sourcing fee is non-refundable

  • The value of the jeans will be added as store credit to your account

  • Credit can be used in-store or against another service within 6 months

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is added to your account and can be used both online and in-store. 

All items purchased in person are final sale. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your store credit will be added to your account for future purchases.
