* This service is for customers who have booked Dream Jeans sourcing before. The reduced fee is due to have already finalised sizing, fits and styles.
You’ve used the Dream Jeans or in person services before and you’ve got the denim bug. As we’ve established your sizing and fits this is a reduced fee service for returning customers. The fee includes one pair of jeans excludes any additional alterations.
Information we need to start the sourcing process:
- Your measurements and desired fit ( true to size, relaxed, baggy)
- Wash/Colour- stonewash, charcoal etc
- Any references or images ( love to see a Pinterest Board)
- Your non-negotiables- prefer a zip fly over a button, no distressing, any details that would be a deal breaker.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning items must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Returns are at your own cost, we suggest you use a tracked service.
We kindly ask that you inform us within 48 hours of receiving your jeans if you need to return them for any reason.
We want to ensure you find the best fit, so for jeans or product purchases from our online store, you may return your item for store credit or an exchange for an alternative pair. Store credit can be used online or at our London Studio.
