Description
Pin Denim comes to you. Where you can try a selection of denim in the comfort of your home. The 2 hour appointment is with our founder Chloë, who curates and advises on fits/styles and advise on any tweaks or alterations needed. The appointment fee includes one pair of jeans but you have the opportunity to purchase any additional pairs that are individually priced.
What happens after booking?
We will be in touch to arrange a date/ time for your appointment, we kindly ask that you factor in at least a 3 week lead time to curate and source your selection ( dependent on availability).
What information we need from you?
- Your sizing and measurements
- Fits/ styles you like ( any pictures or references)
- Colours/ washes
- Your preferences (i.e zip fly over button)

RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning items must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Returns are at your own cost, we suggest you use a tracked service.
We kindly ask that you inform us within 48 hours of receiving your jeans if you need to return them for any reason.
We want to ensure you find the best fit, so for jeans or product purchases from our online store, you may return your item for store credit or an exchange for an alternative pair. Store credit can be used online or at our London Studio.
