£25 of the booking fee is redeemable against purchases made on the day.
Please note: Jeans and alterations are priced separately.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Changes made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning items must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Returns are at your own cost, we suggest you use a tracked service.
We kindly ask that you inform us within 48 hours of receiving your jeans if you need to return them for any reason.
We want to ensure you find the best fit, so for jeans or product purchases from our online store, you may return your item for store credit or an exchange for an alternative pair. Store credit can be used online or at our London Studio.
